An article that talks about making money online will get more hits than an article that talks about increasing your conversion rates using Google Analytics.

In short, most internet users are ignorant of the terms that you are aware of and that's why most popular searches won't include any of these terms.

People search for their unmet needs

Your target customer or the person who wants to make money online (in case your website is similar to mine) won’t be searching for keywords and terms that he is not familiar with but he will be looking for his unmet needs instead by searching for something like "How to become rich" or "how to make money online".

The right thing to do is to optimize your articles so that they match the unmet needs that people are looking for then in the body of the article talk about whatever you want and inform them about all the complicated key terms in the world.
