How many blog posts to write per day

This is enough to make any new website widely known in a couple of years.

Not depending on search engines can cost you a lot

Even if you decided not to let search engines your major source of traffic you must remember that a significant amount of people are using them everyday and that they should be one of the main sources for traffic of your website.

I am not against using other sources for bringing traffic but I am against devaluing something as important as search engine traffic.
