Both keywords are popular but your chance in of ranking well when targeting the second keyword is much higher.

Let users spend more time on your website

If a single user saw 10 pages of your website then you will get 10 hits and not 1 hit. If you managed to let your website get lots of hits from every single user then your traffic will surge even if your traffic didn’t increase much.
