Sell more products online for free

One of the things that helped me succeed in selling my products online was having a solid understanding of my customer’s needs.

During the past year alone I managed to sell E-products that are worth something close to 250,000. In this article I will tell you what you need to do in order sell more products online for free.

Forget about you!!

When I first started my website I used to choose the colors that appeals the most to me, I used to choose the font that is comfortable for me to read and I used to write pitch pages that will sell perfectly to someone who thinks like me.

I am a very practical person, I hate wasting time and I don’t like to read unnecessary details but as I learned more about online marketing I discovered that the approach i used to design my site can only help me sell to people who think like me and not anyone else!!

The ultimate truth is that there are people who enjoy wasting time on reading long pages, there are people who doesn’t use logic to make decisions and there are people who are not practical.

The lesson I learned after I made the website is that everything in the website from the design to the pitch pages should be designed from the customer’s perspective and not from yours.

Forget about yourself completely and focus on making surveys, online polls and market research in order to find out what your visitors want then give it to them.

Writing pitch pages and increasing online sales

When writing pitch pages you must put yourself in the visitor’s shoes. Visit your page as if you are a customer or let a friend of yours do it for you then ask him about the concerns he had , the emotions he felt and the questions that pumped up in his mind.

Since you are the site’ owner you will already have answers to all of these questions and that’s why you might not believe that people will care about them but the truth is that lots of people might need to know these facts in order to feel safe buying from you!! In short don’t write pitch pages for yourself but write them for customers and you will see increased sales.
Remember you are trying to sell to everyone else but you so don't design your site for yourself!!!
