How to make my website show up on Google

Most of my articles show up on Google’s top 10 results 21 hours after they are submitted to my website. This might sound odd but if you Googled the key phrase "Dealing with harsh criticism" you will find my website 2knowmyself.com showing on the third position even though this article was written 2 days ago.
